About The Anointed Root

About Me

The Anointed Root didn’t begin as a business idea. It began in 2022, during a season when I was navigating unexpected and overwhelming changes in my health. I experienced rapid weight loss, unexplained bruising, and symptoms that led to countless appointments, tests, and referrals — yet no clear answers.

After months of feeling uncertain and searching for direction, I eventually received a diagnosis of Lyme disease. While I pursued conventional care, I also felt drawn to begin learning more about holistic wellness, herbal traditions, and supporting the body in gentle, natural ways.

That season became a turning point. What started as personal research and curiosity slowly grew into deeper study, hands-on learning, and a renewed appreciation for the plants and remedies God placed in creation. Over time, my perspective on wellness shifted — from fear and frustration to faith, stewardship, and intentional care for my body and my family.

The Anointed Root was born out of that journey.

Today, my heart is to create a space where women, children, and families feel supported in building simple, nurturing wellness routines for their homes. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions — I believe in slow living, education, and honoring the body with grace.

Herbal products have become a meaningful part of my own family’s lifestyle, and it brings me so much joy to walk alongside others as they explore what natural, faith-centered self-care can look like for them.

Training & Credentials

I am a certified Master Herbalist, holding a diploma from Centre of Excellence. This formal training deepened my knowledge of plant medicine, traditional preparations, and safe applications for women and children.

In addition to my diploma, I continue to study and practice herbalism daily — researching, growing, and preparing remedies that support wellness in a safe and effective way.
